Petrified Forest - Blue Mesa

The Blue Mesa is located along the southern route. The turnout takes you on a scenic 5+ mile loop that stops at the a lookout and the 1 mile trail to the canyon bottom. The hike is a little steep but not too bad but It is well worth the hike.
